About The Instructor
Amber has consistently been practicing meditation for six years, and has taught it for one year as a Wilderness Therapy Field Guide. The teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and Buddhism are the foundation Amber bases her practice off of. Her ultimate goal with showing people meditation is to introduce how much tranquility lives inside of themselves and how they can tap into it at any moment in their waking life.
